Teaching Lead Coaches ( TLCs ) Programme

A joint activity between the school, and a Rhinoss Senior Education Adviser Specialist, commissioned to undertake an ' Appreciative Enquiry' through the TLC training programme. The outcomes were presented to the whole school through a series of seminars, workshops and training sessions. The materials  provided principles, guidlines and practical examples on effective teaching strategies, learning outcomes and expectations, learning environments and lesson observation techniques.
