Self Evaluation

Rhinoss Consultancy, through our well qualified and experienced specialist, offers a broad range of tools, consultants and processes to enable leadership at all levels to evaluate the effectiveness of the school.

  • Ensure that all of our schools are judged by Ofsted to be at least good to outstanding
  • Develop effective leadership and build sustainable capacity to improve
  • Raise achievement for all and close the gap for vulnerable groups
  • Ensure that the most vulnerable pupils are provided with appropriate support to meet their specific needs
  • Working with our successful leaders and practitioners to share effective practice and develop effective partnership models to improve outcomes for children and young people 

We can offer all schools and specialist centres bespoke consultancy, advice and training in the following areas of school improvement:
  • School - Key Phase, Subject Reviews and Pre and Post OfSTED ‘ Health Checks’
  • Governor Development - Ensure that ‘stronger governance’ enhances and supports the school’s capacity to improve through being well informed ‘critical friends” and through knowing how and what are strategic and operational responsibilities.
  • Curriculum Design - Secure provision for all learners that ensures the very best curriculum opportunities leading to optimum progress, attainment and well-being
  • Teaching and Learning Audits - Ensure the most appropriate, creative and motivating learning experiences lead to success for all pupils
  • Leadership and Management Development - Support the development of leaders at all career stages and leadership teams, including governors and promote robust, self-evaluation processes which are validated externally
